1. Access and Use Requirements

To register an account and purchase professional technology, you must:

  • Payment: Provide valid billing information and authorize charges for products, taxes, and shipping.

3. Product and Price Modifications

qmrUSA reserves the right to discontinue products or update prices without notice. We are not liable for technical errors in descriptions or fluctuations in market conditions.

4. Technical and Electrical Specifications

It is the customer's responsibility to verify voltage compatibility (native 110-120V US standard). The use of improper power converters will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty.

5. International Logistics and Customs

  • Import Duties: The customer acts as the "importer of record" and is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Refused Shipments: Refunds for refused or returned packages are issued only after inspection at our warehouse, minus original shipping and administrative fees.

6. Warranty Policy

Equipment is covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. This covers internal manufacturing defects, provided the physical warranty seal and serial number remain intact. Damage from drops, moisture, or software mishandling is not covered.

7. Return Policy

You have 10 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be brand new, with original packaging and protective plastics intact. A Return Authorization Number is required before sending any item back.

8. Security and Financial Protection

We operate under advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. qmrUSA does not store, collect, or have access to your full credit card data, ensuring the highest level of transactional security.

9. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute related to the use of this website or commercial transactions shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
