At qmrUSA, we are committed to providing a transparent, secure, and efficient purchasing process. The following protocols regulate payment processing and logistics for our technology and software solutions.

1. Payment Protocols & Transactional Security

We ensure a protected digital environment through the following guidelines:

  • End-to-End Encryption (HTTPS): Our website operates under advanced SSL security certificates.
  • Financial Data Protection: qmrUSA does not collect, store, or have access to full credit card numbers or banking credentials. All payments are processed directly through recognized global gateways like PayPal, Google Pay, and major credit card networks.
  • Direct Billing: In case of gateway technical issues, we are authorized to issue professional invoices via PayPal or coordinate direct bank transfers upon commercial validation.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Shipping: All hardware shipments within the United States are provided at no additional cost.
  • Carriers & Delivery: Packages are primarily shipped via UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination state.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed for pickup on the following business day.

3. International Shipping

  • High-Priority Express: We exclusively use high-priority international networks: DHL, UPS, and USPS (International Priority/Express). Average transit time is approximately 5 business days, subject to customs operational variations.
  • Customs & Import Duties: The customer acts as the "importer of record" and is the sole responsible party for managing import permits and paying all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by local customs authorities.
  • Refused Shipments: In the event a package is returned to our U.S. warehouse due to buyer negligence (refusal to pay duties or incorrect address), no refund will be processed until the item physically returns to our facility and its condition is verified. All logistics costs for the outbound and return shipment will be deducted from the final refund.

4. Pre-Purchase Advisory

To ensure a successful transaction, we recommend that all international customers verify the customs regulations of their respective countries before finalizing payment. If you require specific technical documentation or proforma invoices for import permits, please request them formally from our corporate support team.
